Again, refer to Uncle Fester's guide, linked above. Please note that there are other good quirks which my characters did not have.

Shieldbreaker (both) - Pierce, Puncture, Adder's Kiss, Impale

Jester - Dirk Stab, Finale, Battle Ballad, Inspiring Tune Vestal - Judgement, Dazzling Light, Divine Grace, Divine Comfort NOTE: the Heavy Boots on one Sheildbreaker was to try and get that Shieldbreaker to go second in any given turn, thus enabling me to use "Impale" or "Adder's Kiss" with each Shieldbreaker in succession (see below). Sheldbreaker - Fuseman's Matchstick (increased DMG and critical chance on ranged attacks), Hag's Ladle (increased blight chance) Shieldbreaker - Heavy Boots (protection, move resist, lower speed), Spectral Speartip (increased damage and HP) Jester - Bright Tambourine (lower stress taken, better stress removal skills), Vestal - Sacred Scroll (better healing, lower stress), Heretical Passage (better healing) Vestal - Jester - Shieldbreaker - Shieldbreaker Instead of repeating what was put there, I'll simply relay my personal experiences that (finally!) worked in trying to get this achievement. There are many different group and trinket compositions that will get you the achievement (see the comment thread below Uncle Fester's Guide). Uncle Fester's guide really covers just about everything you need to know. I refer you to Uncle Fester's Guide on Steam: One town may hold survivors willing to help, whereas another is a vessel for Lovecraftian creatures willing to kill themselves before surrendering at the barrel of your gun. This achievement is for getting 300 kills during a run through the Color of Madness DLC. It helps that the sounds and sights of the world are tragic.

A win is just as satisfying and taking that extra hit could be the difference between life and death. Quirksĭarkest Dungeon 2 is still incredibly punishing and defeats really challenge you. If you really enjoy the world, Darkest Dungeon 2 is an excellent follow up but, if you love the challenge of the first, you may be a little disappointed. It eventually makes relationships feel less random but gives you a much easier time with the game. This tells you how they go to your stagecoach and what keeps them running. You earn candles through runs, which can then be used to unlock trinkets and buffs that progress through subsequent runs.Īs well as this, each archetype has a story that you run through by completing events in the world. Player archetypes grow and earn new abilities and stats throughout the game. This is one of the biggest departures from the original game but also one of the most captivating.
